The Kyiv economical institute of management (“EKOMEN”) is a licensed institution of higher education registered with the state register of the educational institutions of Ukraine.

The Institute is accredited at the IV level, which means it conforms to the state requirements to the preparation of professionals and it enjoys the right to issue to its graduates the diploma of the master degree of the state standard. The Institute has also been accredited on the international scale under the relevant requirements of the Convention adopted by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) which allows it to issue its graduates international diplomas and certificates as well as of the American institute of finances and banking.

The founders of the institute are its organizer and chancellor, academic of the International human resources academy, DPhil, professor Rozhok Volodymyr Davydovych, american company “Bosh International Inc” and firm "B&P, Ltd".

The Institute maintains its membership in the Association of educational institutions of Ukraine of the non-state form of incorporation, the International human resources academy, Kyiv commercial-industrial chamber and Chamber of industry and commerce of Ukraine.

Until 2007, the institute prepared graduates in the two educational-proficiency directions: “Economics and entrepreneurship” and “Management”. The institute keeps on preparing specialists and bachelors in the said directions, under the following specialities:

• finances;
• marketing;
• management of the enterprises;
• management of the foreign-economic activity.

Since 2007, according to the new classification, the Institute prepares qualified professionals in the following areas of knowledge:

• management and administration;
• economics and entrepreneurship;
• social-political sciences;

as well as with bachelor degree in the following directions:

• management (majoring in: management of the profitable organizations; management of the foreign- economic activity; management of the hotel and restaurant business; management of the tourism business);
• finances and crediting (majoring in: finances, crediting (banking), insurance management;
• marketing (majoring in: retail marketing, marketing management, advertising management);
• economical cybernetics (informational technologies);
• sociology (social-political work).

As a side-establishment the Institute runs a Business School which was established in the institute within the frames of the international program "All+Together". The Business School starts on implementing new modern educational programs: Business Administrations, Banking management and Security management.
